2020 Show Cancellation
Dear Show Patrons:
The Capitol City Chordsmen regret to inform you that our annual show, A Night at the Oscars, has been cancelled due to concerns for the health and safety of our community. Below you will find directions in which to obtain a refund for your ticket purchases. ALL REQUESTS FOR REFUNDS MUST BE COMPLETED BY MAY 15, 2020. Because this is our primary fundraiser for the year, we ask you to consider donating your purchase or a portion of your purchase to support our organization. If you would like to donate the ticket no further action is needed. Thank for you your continued support and patience during this time; we look forward to performing for you next year with renewed vigor! Stay safe. Thank you for your patience.

To Obtain a Refund:
- If you ordered your tickets online, email tickets@showtix4u.com to refund your order. For your convenience, we typed up the sample message below that you may change for your purposes.
- “Hello! My name is [John Doe], and I recently purchased 4 tickets for “A Night at the Oscars” on March 14, 2020. I would like a refund for 2 of my tickets and would like to donate my other 2 tickets. Thank you!”
